This is for either one (1) 11 oz. OR (1) 15 oz. white coffee mug that can be personalized with the name of your choice so please add as many as you'd like.
 
** The main image will be on both sides of the mug UNLESS indicated with custom information (i.e. personal name/saying) Each mug is made to order.
 
** These mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, therefore the image will never come off.

Standard Processing is 1-3 Business Days - Yet we work very hard to get our orders out SOONER. During busy seasons, please be patient as we get a lot of requests and ship as soon as we can.
 
*Shipping is First Class shipping which is 3-5 business days and Priority shipping which includes tracking, insurance and only 1-3 business day shipping times.

Due to the handmade nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mug defect, or error on my part. This is due to our mugs being made-to-order custom for you.

* Each piece is carefully wrapped and all contents are packed tight. I always take the time to do the best packing possible. (Rarely, accidents do happen)
